Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once your order is within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Refunds may be issued if you cancel your order more than 48 hours before delivery. After this point, flowers and materials have already been sourced and prepared specifically for your bouquet.
